be able to make a very well considered decision, which is very
important when you deal with such serious matters as purchasing or
selling or even renting property. You also need to make sure that the
agent you have chosen has got a real estate agent license.
Otherwise you need to realize that such an agent is not responsible for
anything he's doing, and it's not an option for you. |
